Rue Pérignon - the perfect place to stay in Paris. Pérignon is centrally located in a beautiful part of Paris - on the left bank, close to transport and some of the most spectacular features of this city

Located in the heart of Paris at the border of the 15th and 7th arrondissements, this elegant ground floor two bedroom apartment has been completely renovated with style and attention to detail.

Conveniently located within walking distance of two metro stations (Ségur and Sèvres Lecourbe as well as bus routes) and with easy access to the sights of Paris: the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, Rodin Museum and Gardens, Luxembourg Gardens, Musée d’Orsay and the Louvre. See map below.

The apartment nestled within one of the most beautiful Haussmann quarters of Paris, is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, boutiques and open air produce markets and just a short walk will find you in nearby rue Cler or one of the world’s best department stores, Au Bon Marché. Our guests truly appreciate the peace and quiet of Pérignon after busy days exploring the sights of Paris. One of the best markets in Paris, the Saxe-Breteuil Markets are 50m away Thursday and Saturday mornings.


The apartment is beautifully appointed. It has a large living-dining area, two spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and separate second toilet, washer-dryer, and the latest entertainment technology including free telephone and wireless broadband.

High Season: $3000 AUD / week April-September plus Xmas period

Low Season: $2300 AUD / week October-March

Cleaning & Laundry fee $125.

Initial and refundable security deposit $750. Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to stay.

Stays are normally one week or more, with a 5 night minimum - Usual arrival/departure day is Monday (check out 09:30, check in 12:00 - luggage drop is available on check in days from 09:00).
