Hip hotel in Chamonix for winter skiing and summer hiking

This hip and affordable hotel has a glowing and rapidly growing international reputation as the place to stay in Chamonix. The hotel was set up by a collective of like minded characters who all share a passion for mountain life. It is widely regarded as the social hub for extreme sports in Chamonix. Here you can experience the very best activities the Alps can offer with the unique service, quality restaurant and outstanding entertainment. The restaurant has become renowned for its excellent food, service and ambience - Trip Advisor has glowing feedback about the restaurant's outstanding food and wine.

The hotel has twenty-one rooms (from single to quad), all with en-suite bathrooms, LCD televisions and free WiFi. Superior rooms directly face stunning views of Chamonix, Mont Blanc. An excellent, well priced and popular restaurant and bar with pool table and a lounge bar equipped with UK Sky TV and a projector to watch your day’s footage on the big screen. Plus there is an in house pro shop for all your ski and snowboard hire. You can also purchase your ski passes directly from the hotel which specialises in catering for whatever your needs require, for couples retreats, groups, families or even individuals.

The Chamonix resort has four major ski areas; Brevant, Flegere, Grands Montets and Le Tour, which are between 1km and 20km from town. Access to the pistes is easy with either free bus and train from directly outside the hotel or by booking the hotel's fantastic private piste transfer service. They can organise any activities you desire, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, even paraponting, just ask.

In the summer they can organise climbing, horse-riding, tennis, golf, cycling, fishing in Lac des Chavants, even dog sledging. If you want something more adrenaline-fuelled there's everything from downhill mountain biking, paragliding, hydrospeeding, rafting, tree adventure parks, icicle mountaineering, go karting and paintballing. They can also arrange guided Heritage tours and there is loads for the all the family including the excellent swimming pool centre, the accropark next door to the hotel, ice skating and a bowling alley.

Room rates per night: Summer $65-195; Winter $95 - 250 (price with breakfast and dinner can be given). Deposit required: 30% with balance payable on your stay.
