Marquise au Chocolat
Ingredients:
- 300g dark cooking chocolate
- 190g butter
- 6 eggs (white and yolks separated)
- 120g caster sugar
Instructions:
- Melt butter, set aside
- In a large bowl, whisk egg yolks and caster sugar.
- In a seperate bowl whisk the egg whites until stiff
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
- Mix the chocolate with the egg yolk-sugar mixture and add the melted butter.
- Fold in the egg whites
- Pour the mix into moulds or a log tin.
- Put it in the freezer til it sets.

Turn out onto a plate to serve, decorate as desired.
