Clafoutis aux cerises/framboises



  • 2 cups cherries or rapsberries                                         
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup warm milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla


  • Mix flour, sugar and salt.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla then whip.
  • Pour the milk in slowly while stirring.
  • Put the cherries/rasberries at the bottom.of a greased pie dish
  • Pour the mixture on top of the cherries/raspberries.
  • Bake for 35-40 min at 180 deg.
