Baked camembert

While maybe not that common in France, the recipe does use the famous French cheese from Normandy.
Ingredients:
- 250 g Camembert

1 clove peeled garlic finely sliced
- salt and pepper to taste

a few tips fresh rosemary

olive oil
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 deg C
- Leave camembert in its wooden box or put in a small baking pot.
- Score the top of the camembert by cutting off the top skin about ½cm in or criss cross the top.
- Season top with salt and pepper; poke garlic slices into the top with a few rosemary tips.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil then bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until melted in the middle.
- Serve with crusty/toasted bread/baguette.
