Property purchasing workshop

Sharon and David host a limited number of workshops where you can learn from their experiences and research to turn your dream of owning a property in France into a reality. These have been run in Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth to date.

The workshop is designed for those seriously considering owning a property in France. It also includes a presentation on the legal process by experienced international lawyer Michael Bula from Michael Bula Solicitors, officially accredited to the French Embassy/Consulate General.

The topics covered in the workshop include:

• Statistics and articles on France property prices/growth over time and by region
• Personal contacts e.g real estate agents and websites, mortgage brokers
• Tips and tricks provided by a purchaser of 20-30 French properties
• Practical examples of sale contracts and website screens used for property searching
• Detailed information on Australian/French tax implications of buying property in France.

Also included as part of the workshop day are:

• A copy of our workbook which provides detailed documentation on all of the above topics
• Access to the platine extended website membership providing statistics, articles etc
• A discount of $100 off the price of our property purchasing tours of France
• A French style gourmet lunch as well as morning tea.

We attended Sharon’s and David’s French property purchasing workshop. Armed with our workbook we headed off to France to spend three months finding a house.
