Skiing in FranceFrance has more than 400 ski resorts throughout the country with the main ones located in the Alps (around Mont Blanc, the highest peak in France and Europe) and Pyrenees (Andorra being the most well known). Others are: Jura, Vosges, Massif Central and Corsica. The ski season extends from December to March with January and February being the best months.
