Dordogne boutique apartments/B&B accommodation Fabulous tastefully restored stone house situated in a pretty medieval village with lots of events taking place throughout the year. You will be ensure of a warm welcome from the Kiwi/English owners who previously lived in Sydney. The house has 2 apartments (a 1 and 2 bedroom) as well as offering B&B style accommodation. You are all but a short stroll to the historic picturesque square which offers an interesting mix of shops and restaurants including one owned by a celebrity french chef. Bikes are available and a variety of activities can be arranged including horseriding, painting, cycling, fishing, cooking and hot air ballooning. A short drive away is the world famous wine district of St Emillion. The area is reknown for its fabulous wine, regional products, beautiful countryside, traditional weekly markets and offers a range of activities from canoeing, kayaking, walking, cycling, visiting neighbouring villages (some of which are classified as the most beautiful in France), numerous chateaux, the list is endless. Both apartments have been sympathetically renovated to meet modern day living requirements and contain all the necessities that one expects including flat screen TVs, WiFi internet access, fully equipped kitchens, white cotton sheets and fluffy towels. All bedrooms have ensuites and large beds (the 2nd bedroom has two single beds which can be joined into one large bed).
