Leek and bacon tart

Ingredients:

• 2 rashers bacon
• onion
• oil
• leek
• pepper, salt
• sheet puff pastry
• grated cheese

Instructions:

• Chop the bacon and onion and fry in oil till brown.
• Add chopped leek and sauté till softened.
• Season with the pepper and salt.
• Line a baking tray with the puff pastry and spread the leek mix over it.
• Sprinkle with grated cheese.
• Place into a moderately hot oven until the cheese is melted and pastry is brown.
