Leek and bacon tart
 
Ingredients:
- 2 rashers bacon
- onion
- oil
- leek
- pepper, salt
- sheet puff pastry
- grated cheese
Instructions:
- Chop the bacon and onion and fry in oil till brown.
- Add chopped leek and sauté till softened.
- Season with the pepper and salt.
- Line a baking tray with the puff pastry and spread the leek mix over it.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Place into a moderately hot oven until the cheese is melted and pastry is brown.
