Clafoutis aux cerises/framboises

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cherries or rapsberries
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- pinch salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup warm milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla
Instructions:
- Mix flour, sugar and salt.
- Add the eggs and vanilla then whip.
- Pour the milk in slowly while stirring.
- Put the cherries/rasberries at the bottom.of a greased pie dish
- Pour the mixture on top of the cherries/raspberries.
- Bake for 35-40 min at 180 deg.
