George V The George Cinq Four Seasons legendary palace hotel on Avenue George V has been lovingly restored with Louis XVI furniture, 17th-century tapestries and marble mosaics. Its features include a three Michelin star restaurant, a low-lit day spa, walls covered in toile de Jouy fabrics and an indoor swimming pool surrounded by scenes from Marie Antoinette's Versailles gardens. The hotel is close to the Champs-Elysées and upmarket shops like Louis Vitton as well as the Eiffel Tower. It provides excellent friendly service with all staff speaking English and being very helpful. The price of the rooms is not cheap but specials for 500-750 euro are often on offer.
