Pretty little town house in Brittany for sale

          

This pretty little town house would make an ideal bolt hole / pied a terre or first time buyers home. It would make a perfect base for exploring Finistere for the holiday maker, but equally, would suit someone wanting to live in town, in a house that requires little maintenance.

The Tourist Office is busy keeping up with events and also hosts art exhibitions year round. The château de Trevarez overlooks the town from the hill above the far banks of the canal.

Around Châteauneuf-du-Faou, the beautiful countryside is criss-crossed with walking and cycling tracks, offering endless opportunities to discover this unspoilt landscape. Wonderful beaches on the South and West coast are less than an hour away and it is just 75km to the North coast and the ferry port of Roscoff. The airport at Brest is an hour away, and it takes just forty minutes to drive to the beautiful Medieval city of Quimper, with its main railway line to Paris.
